
Mat Pilates is a class designed to improve your core strength, increase your flexibility/mobility and improve your posture.
It is a bodyweight class, although props such as bands, balls and rings are used in the class to keep things fresh. There is a focus on moving with your breathe. We also make time for mindfulness at the end of class.

Yes absolutely! Our classes are beginner friendly and exercises can be adapted to suit your level. You don't need any previous Pilates experience.
You don't need to be flexible or 'fit' to start Pilates. All fitness levels are welcome!

We stand over the quality of our coaching. If you attend your first class and you're not happy after the session, you do not have to pay for that session.

Mat Pilates is done on the floor with your own bodyweight. All you need is a mat. You build core strength and understand the movements without having to rely on equipment.
Reformer Pilates is done on a spring loaded machine, which can be complex for beginners and requires adjustments for different body types.

Classes take place in Inchicore Community Sports Centre, Bulfin Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8. Class starts at 8pm on Wednesdays. There are limited places in class so advanced booking is required.
