Our wellness talks are designed to give your team practical, easy to apply strategies to improve health, long-term wellbeing, energy levels and productivity.
Each talk is tailored to your workplace enviroment, team needs and time availability. Sessions can be delivered as part of a wider corporate programme or a stand alone session.

Talks typically last 30 - 60 minutes and include interactive elements and Q&A.

We work with what space you have available. Sessions can take place in a meeting room, townhall area, gym or Pilates studio. Stretch session can be done at your desk. We can even head outdoors if the weather permits.
For Desk/Stretch mobility no equipment is needed. For hygiene reasons, participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat to sessions.
A range of equipment can be provided for each session including resistance bands, Pilates rings & balls and dumbbells. Sessions can also be delivered using the existing equipment where available.
