  • Personal Training (PT) is one-to-one coaching designed specifically around your goals and fitness level. Each session is fully tailored to help you build strength, improve fitness and stay consistent. 

    Progress can be carefully monitored through body measurements. A posture analysis is conducted to check for any imbalances in the body. Exercises are implemented to enhance posture. Nutritional information is provided to support your goals, training and lifestyle.

  • Yes! This is where Personal Training is especially valuable. Your personal programme is adapted to suit your current ability and injury history*. Exercises are selected to support safe progress, rehabilitation and pre-habilitation where necessary.

    *Note: You must be medically cleared by your doctor or physiotherapist before commencing personal training sessions.

  • Absolutely, couples personal training is just as popular as our regular PT sessions. It is a fantastic option if you'd like to train together while still receiving personalised coaching and attention. 

    Each person receives a bespoke training programme. While parts of the session may involve similar exercises, your programme remains specific to you. You may also work together to complete your 'finisher'.

     

    Couple sessions provide exceptional value for two people looking for expert coaching. It's a brilliant way to stay accountable, support each other and make training more enjoyable

  • Personal training takes place in Inchicore Community Sports Centre, Bulfin Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8. Sessions can also take place over Zoom.

  • You are welcome to start with a single session to see if Personal Training is the right fit for you.

    If you decide to continue, training can be booked in blocks of 5 - 10 sessions. Block packages are ideal for building consistency and achieving long term results.
